 Q) How long does shipping take?

A) We aim to process and ship your parcels within a maximum of 2 days however, this is highly dependent on the shipping method chosen at the checkout and the current order rate we are receiving. Once your items have been shipped, we will notify you via email. Standard shipping can be expected to take up to 10 working days due to carful packaging, quality check and posting process from carriers. We do offer all shipping completely FREE! These time scales are all aimed and we do the best we can to stick to them however, Carrier delays are out of our control. If your parcel has not arrived within the allocated time, please contact the team via email at info@newgenactivewear.com however, you (the buyer) are responsible for contacting the carrier service regarding your delayed parcel.

A) All of our products are quality checked before leaving our warehouse and pride ourselves on using the highest quality possible to ensure your new fits are made to last. We know you will love them but if you are not 100% happy, we offer a full money-back guarantee.
